摘要 为了解决传统蓄电池放电仪存在的脉动电流大、计量精度不够精确,蓄电池组上形成的反峰电压易造成蓄电池损伤等问题,设计研究了一套纯直流蓄电池放电仪,动态调节定值负载电流与精调负载电流的比例,通过扼流圈结合π型滤波电路进行过滤,消除电流反峰及谐波。试验结果表明,该纯直流蓄电池放电仪可过滤及抑制反峰和谐波的形成,实现高精度的纯直流放电,保证了放电过程的安全性及容量计算的科学性。 Inorder to solve the problems of traditional battery discharge machine, such as large pulsating current, inaccurate measurement accuracy, the inverse peak voltage formed on the battery pack is easy to cause barrery damage, etc., a pure DC barrery discharge machine is researched and designed, which dynamically ad- justs the proportion of the load current and the fine-tuning load current, filtered by the choking coil combined with π-type filter circuit, inverse peak current and harmonic are eliminated. The test results show that this pure DC barrery discharge machine is able to filter and control inverse peak and harmonic, which can realize high precision pure DC discharge, technology and ensure the safety of the discharge process and the scientificity of capacity calculation.
