摘要
在25 Gbit/s高速链路中,COM已经成为一项重要的衡量指标。为分析无源链路的各项参数对COM的影响,采用仿真的方法搭建了多种传输通道模型。通过分析COM的内部运算原理和多种参数扫描仿真,得到了链路长度、系统特性阻抗、介质损耗因子等因素对COM的影响规律,对高速数字电路设计有一定的指导意义。
In the 25 Gbit/s high speed channel, COM has become an important measurement. In order to analyze the influence of various parameters of the passive link on COM, a variety of transmission channel models were built by simulation. By analyzing the internal operation principle of COM and the sweep simulation of various parameters, the influence rules of trace length, system impedance, dielectric loss factor and other factors on COM were obtained, which has certain guiding significance for the design of high-speed digital circuits.
