摘要 由于桥式起重机调速系统具有非线性特点,采用传统PID控制效果不佳,而模糊控制却能很好地改善非线性系统的性能,因此将二者相结合设计出了桥式起重机的模糊PID控制器。同时为了进一步改善控制器的性能,利用粒子群算法(PSO)的寻优特性对其参数进行优化,并通过Matlab仿真与优化前的控制器以及传统PID控制器进行对比,结果表明,采用粒子群算法优化后的模糊PID控制器动态性能更佳,具有超调小、调节时间短、适应性强的优点。 Due to the non-linear characteristics of the bridge crane control system, the traditional PID control effect is poor, and the fuzzy control can improve the performance of the nonlinear system very well, therefore, the traditional PID and the fuzzy control are combined to design the fuzzy PID controller. At the same time, in order to further improve the performance of fuzzy PID controller, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to optimize the controller parameter, and compared with the controller before optimization and traditional PID controller through Matlab simulation, the results show that the fuzzy PID control optimized by PSO has better dynamic performance, and has the advantages of little overshoot, short regulation time and strong adaptability.
