摘要 目的:探究针灸机器人开发的主要技术难点。方法:检索目前国内外公开的专利及文献,并参照团队自身科研成果进行对比分析。结果:穴位的自动定位及智能配穴等是智能针灸机器人研发的关键技术和难点。结论:智能针灸机器人的研发技术已经相对成熟,但缺乏规范化临床试验的数据支持,整合成熟技术的针灸机器人系统研究较为匮乏,而共融机器人理念在医疗机器人开发中具有重要的指导作用,尤其是人机交互理念对提高医疗机器人临床疗效具有重要价值。 Objective: To explore the main technical difficulties of the development of acupuncture and moxibustion robot. Methods: The public patents and literature at home and abroad are searched, and compared and analyzed with reference to the team's own scientific research results. Results: The automatic positioning and the intelligent matching of acupuncture points are the key technology, and difficulty in the research and development of intelligent acupuncture and moxibustion robot. Conclusion: The research and development technology of intelligent acupuncture and moxibustion robot is already relatively mature, but lacks the data support of standardized clinical trial. The researches on the acupuncture and moxibustion robot system integrating the inature technology are relatively scarce, and the concept of communion robot has an important guiding role in the development of medical robot. Especially the concept of human-computer interaction has important value for improving the clinical efficacy of medical robot.
