超声造影在预测不同回声颈动脉斑块发生脑血管事件中的作用 被引量:1

The Effect of Ultrasound Contrast in the Prediction of Cerebrovascular Event of Carotid Plaques with Different Echoes

摘要 目的:回顾性分析应用超声造影技术对不同回声颈动脉斑块进行检查的结果,并探究不同回声类型的颈动脉斑块与脑血管事件发生率的关系,为今后的颈动脉斑块定量评估提供一定的参考依据。方法:选取2016年2月到2017年2月于惠州市第三人民医院进行颈部血管超声检查的患者共100例,行常规超声检查和超声造影检查,根据Gray-weale的分类方法将所有斑块进行分类,比较各组的灰阶中位值(GSM值)的差异,并分析不同类型颈动脉斑块与脑血管发生率之间的关系,从而评价超声造影技术对颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床诊断价值。结果:100例患者,包括214个斑块,低回声组脑血管事件发生率为89.8%,而高回声组脑血管事件发生率为51.2%,两组患者数据存在差异且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影可以预测分析患者脑血管事件发生风险,为颈动脉粥样硬化患者的早期诊断和治疗提供一定的参考作用。 Objective: To make a retrospective analysis of the detection results of carotid plaques with different echoes with the ultrasonic imaging technology, explore the relationship between different types of carotid plaques and the incidence of cardiovascular event, and provide a certain reference basis for the quantitative assessment of carotid plaques in future. Methods: A total of 100 patients receiving cervical vascular ultrasound from February 2016 to February 2017 in the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou are selected. The conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography are completed. According to the Gray-weale classification method, all patches are classified, the gray-scale medians (GSM) of different groups are compared, and the relationship between different types of carotid plaques and the incidence of cerebrovascular event is analyzed, so as to evaluate the clinical diagalostic value of ultrasonic imaging technology for patients with carotid atherosclerosis, Results: 100 patients have 214 plaques. The incidence of cerebrovascular event in the low echo group is 89.8%, while the incidence of cerebrovascular event in the high echo group is 51.2%. The data of two groups of patients has differences, which are statistically sigalificant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound contrast can predict and analyze the risk of cerebrovascular event of a patient, and provide a certain reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with carotid atherosclerosis.
