摘要 目的:探讨基于单边加速技术的无线网络在临床查房中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2016年6月至2017年6月医院实施基于单边加速技术的无线网络后的临床查房情况(单加组),并与2015年5月至2016年5月未实施前但仅实施常规无线网络的临床查房情况(常规组)比较。结果:单加组查房效率、质量、满意评分明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于单边加速技术的无线网络可有效提高护士临床查房的效率和质量,有利于提高护士查房满意度。 Objective: To discuss the application of wireless network based on single edge acceleration technology in clinical rounds. Methods: Review of the implementation of clinical ward wireless network technology based on the analysis of unilateral acceleration from June 2016 to June 2017 in hospital after the (single group), and make compare of clinical rounds with the implementation of the conventional wireless networks (control group) in May 2015 to May 2016. Results: The efficiency, quality, satisfaction scores of the rounds of single group were significantly higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Wireless network based on single side acceleration technology can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of nnrses' clinical rounds, and it is helpful to improve the satisfaction of nurses' rounds.
