实现新时代伟大历史使命离不开正确政绩观的指引,正确政绩观要以群众公认、服务人民、求真务实等为标准。而现实中某些领导干部仍抱有"数据政绩观"、"面子政绩观"、"媒体政绩观"等错误政绩观,其原因在于理想信念不坚定、个人主义和享乐主义根深蒂固、责任缺失、监督不利等方面。领导干部需要进一步加强"功成不必在我"的思想认识,贯彻好"以人民为中心"发展思想,树立"绿色政绩观",杜绝"隐性形式主义",提高政绩考核科学性等,力求锻造出符合新时代党的建设要求的政绩观。
