摘要
干部选拔任用问题关乎党的执政基础,关乎国家的未来。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,干部选拔任用仍然存在用人腐败、选拔任用考察制度滞后、选拔竞争制度不完善、选拔任用责任追究制度虚设、用人失察追责不力等问题。要树立党的威信,巩固党的执政基础,必须提升选拔任用制度的权威性,加强平时考察识别力度,促进干部选拔公平竞争,健全完善责任追究体系。
The issue of the selection and appointment of cadres is related to the party's ruling foundation and to the future of the country. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The selection and appointment of cadres still has problems such as the corruption of employing personnel, the lag of the system of selection and appointment, the imperfect selection and competition system, the invalidation of the system for selecting and appointing responsibility, and the insufficiency of the employer. To this end, to establish the party's prestige and consolidate the party's ruling foundation, we must enhance the authority of the system of selection and appointment, strengthen the usual investigation and identification, promote the selection of fair competition among cadres, and improve the system of accountability for accountability.
