思想政治教育人性化以马克思主义人学理论为指导,以促进大学生全面发展和健康成长成才为思想政治教育的最终目标。思想政治教育人性化是大学生成长成才的要求,是思想政治教育发展的要求,也是当今社会发展的需要。思想政治教育人性化要坚持平等原则、激励原则和尊重原则。在教育实践中要遵循"以人民为中心"的教育理念;尊重大学生合理需求,激活思想政治教育新动力;构建人性化评价体系,建立多元化评价标准来实现大学生思想政治教育的人性化。

This is the ultimate goal of the ideological and political education.
