摘要
目的通过2013~2016年上海进口酒类检测情况的统计和分析,得出相关数据,为官方持续验证产品质量安全水平提供建议。方法通过对2013~2016年上海口岸酒类的质量安全检测数据,包括各种酒的检测量占比、检测项目总数和占比、模拟检测金额,进行统计分析。结果上海进口酒类检测服务性需求集中于葡萄酒、蒸馏酒和啤酒,其中葡萄酒每年的检测量最多。在酒类检测项目中食品添加剂、金属元素和品质项目的检测量比别的检测项目要多,但质量安全突发事件是影响酒类检测项目的变化的重要因素。结论在酒类检测中,当涉及安全性的项目被发现超标以后,应适当增加监督抽检的强度。同时,酒类检测仅仅满足有关产品质量安全项目的现有国家标准是不够的,为了持续验证产品质量安全水平,必须保持一定强度的监控检测。
Objective Through the statistics and analysis of detection situation of the imported wines in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016, obtained relevant data, which provided recommendations for the official continuous verification of product quality and safety. Methods Through the quality and safety test data of the Shanghai Port wines from 2013 to 2016, including the proportion of the various wines, the total number of inspection items and the proportion of the test, and the simulated test amount, statistical analysis was carried out. Results The service demand for imported wine testing in Shanghai was concentrated in wine, distilled spirits and beer, with wines being tested the most annually. In the alcohol testing program, the detection of food additives, metal elements and quality items was more than other testing items, but quality and safety emergencies were important factors affecting the changes of alcohol testing items. Conclusion In the alcohol testing, when the safety-related items are found to be excessive, the intensity of the supervision sampling should be appropriately increased. At the same time, it is not enough for alcohol testing to meet the existing national standards for product quality and safety projects. In order to continuously verify the quality and safety of products, it is necessary to maintain a certain level of monitoring and testing.
