摘要
针对化学剥离法的中间产物—氧化石墨烯分离困难和纯化费时方面的不足,提出了氨水分步纯化杂质的分离方法.具体方法包括利用不同pH条件增大杂质与产物的溶解性能差异,从而高效纯化产物,去除不同杂质离子,最后再经过还原步骤,得到高质量的还原石墨烯产品.这一方法可望用于氧化石墨烯的快速纯化以及石墨烯的高效制备研究,极大地降低了石墨烯的生产周期和成本,为石墨烯在能源、材料、医学等领域的规模化应用创造了有利条件.
It is very difficult to separate and purify graphene oxide during chemical stripping process. This paper proposes an efficient separation method by using ammonia water. Different pH conditions are used to increase the solubility difference of impurities and products,so as to efficiently purify the products step by step. The impurity ions can be removed,and finally the high quality reduced graphene products are obtained by reduction step. This method is expected to be used for the rapid purification of graphene oxide and the efficient preparation of graphene,which greatly reduces the production cycle and cost of graphene. It creates favorable conditions for the large-scale application of graphene in the fields of energy,materials,medicine,and others.
