门九章教授运用五苓散结合正脊手法治疗眩晕经验

Prof. Men Jiuzhang's experiences in the treatment of dizziness with wulingsan and chiropractic manipulation

山西省名老中医门九章教授在三十多年的临床和教学中,博采众方,临证运用经方治疗杂病具有丰富的临床和学术经验。文章主要对门老师临床运用五苓散配合通督正脊外治法治疗眩晕病证的经验进行分析研究,系统阐述眩晕的中医病机特点、五苓散的病机特点以及外治手法的具体操作。门九章教授临证强调人体功能五态学说,倡导"证因同治,联合方组",对疑难病的中医证治规律有深入的研究。

Prof. Men Jiuzhang,the senior veteran of TCM in Shanxi province,has been engaged in the clinical practice and education for over 30 years. Prof. Men has accumulated rich experiences in the clinical practice and academic study in the treatment of the miscellaneous diseases with herbal medicines. In the paper,the experiences of Prof. Men in the treatment of dizziness with sulingsan and chiropractic manipulation for regulating the Governor Vessel and the spine were analyzed with the clinical cases included. The pathogenesis of disease in TCM,the function of wulingsan and the concrete techniques of the manipulation were explained systematically. Prof. Men stresses on the five-state theory of human functions,proposes the mutual treatment of the disease and the causative factors and the combined therapy. He has the deep research of the intractable diseases based on the rules of TCM differentiation.
