星蒌承气汤对急性缺血性中风病痰热腑实证患者超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Impacts of xinglou chengqi decoction on hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the patients of acute ischemic stroke of excess syndrome of phlegm heat in fu organ

目的观察星蒌承气汤对急性缺血性中风病痰热腑实证患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法连续纳入81例急性缺血性中风病痰热腑实证患者,随机数字法分为治疗组41例和对照组40例。对照组给予内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用星蒌承气汤化痰通腑,疗程10 d,比较两组患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP水平的差异。结果两组患者性别、年龄、合并高血压病和糖尿病、入院距发病时间、治疗前血清hs-CRP水平及NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.049,P=0.030)。结论星蒌承气汤可以降低急性缺血性中风病痰热腑实证患者的血清hs-CRP水平,改善患者的炎症状态。

Objective To observe the impacts of xinglou chengqi decoction on hypersensitive C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in the patients of acute ischemic stroke of excess syndrome of phlegm heat in fu organ. Methods A total of 81 patients of acute ischemic stroke of excess syndrome of phlegm heat in fu organ were collected and divided into a treatment group（ 41 cases） and a control group（ 40 cases） according to the random number table. In the control group,the conventional treatment of internal medicine was applied. In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,xinglou chengqi decoction was added for resolving phlegm and benefiting the function of fu organ. The duration of treatment was 10 days. The levels of serum hs-CRP were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The differences were not significant in the gender,age,complicated hypertension and diabetes,the day of hospital stay,hs-CRP level and NIHSS score before treatment between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The difference was significant in hs-CRP before and after treatment in the two groups in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the difference was not significant in hs-CRP between the two groups（ t = 3. 049,P = 0. 030）. Conclusion Xinglou chengqi decoction reduces the serum hs-CRP level in the patients of acute ischemic stroke of excess syndrome of phlegm heat in fu organ and relieves the inflammatory conditions in the patients.
