穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床研究

Clinical research of functional constipation treated with the acupoint catgut embedding and the kinetic therapy

目的观察穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法功能性便秘的患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗,对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗周期均为8周。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SAS评分均优于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后SAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组患者不良反应发生情况对比差异无统计学意义。结论穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗功能性便秘具有较好临床疗效,患者依从性高,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on functional constipation treated with the acupoint catgut embedding and kinetic therapy. Methods A total of 60 patients of functional constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each. In the treatment group,the combined therapy of the acupoint catgut embedding and kinetic treatment was adopted. In the control group,the oral administration was used with mosapride citrate tablets. The treatment period was 8 weeks. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. SAS score after treatment was better than that before treatment in the same group,indicating the significant difference. After treatment,SAS score in the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating the significant difference. The difference in the adverse reaction was not significant in the two groups.Conclusion The combined treatment of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and kinetic therapy achieves the satisfactory clinical effects on functional constipation. It is high in patient＇s compliance and has no obvious adverse reaction.
