疏风解毒胶囊联合盐酸米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮患者62例临床观察

Clinical observation of 62 cases of rosacea treated with shufeng jiedu capsules and minocyline hydrochloride

目的观察疏风解毒胶囊联合盐酸米诺环素治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型以及丘疹脓疱型的玫瑰痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法将在2015年3月至2016年9月期间到我院就诊的患者,经收集个人资料和临床症状筛选后选入了122例红斑毛细血管扩张型、丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,两组患者的病灶部位均给予克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶和重组人表皮生长因子凝胶交替涂擦,其中,对照组60例患者口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊,治疗组62例患者在抗生素使用的基础上,予以疏风解毒胶囊口服,均治疗6周。结果治疗后治疗组有效率为87.09%,对照组有效率为61.66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.11,P<0.05),从皮损表现积分变化看出,在联合用药第6周后总平均积分下降为2.56±1.82,而单独用药的总积分为4.56±2.07,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组的丘疹、血管扩张以及脓疱等症状均减轻明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组中均有个别患者出现轻微腹泻,对照组2例,治疗组1例,均未予特殊处理;且未发现其他的药物严重不良反应。结论中西医结合疗法研究疏风解毒胶囊联合盐酸米诺环素治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型及丘疹脓疱型的玫瑰痤疮疗效优于单纯用盐酸米诺环素的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety on rosacea of erythema dilated capillary vessel type and papulopustule type treated with shufeng jiedu capsules and minocyline hydrochloride. Methods From March 2015 to September 2016,among the visited patients,after screening the patient data and clinical symptoms,122 cases of rosacea of erythema dilated capillary vessel type and papulopustule type were eligible. According to the random number table,two groups were divided. The topical of clindamycin phosphate gel and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel were used alternatively in the foci. Additionally,in the control group（ 60 cases）,minocyline hydrochloride capsules were provided for oral administration. In the treatment group（ 62 cases）,on the base of antibiotics,shufeng jiedu capsules were prescribed for oral administration. The treatment duration was 6 weeks. Results After treatment,the effective rate was87. 09% in the treatment group and was 61. 66% in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（ χ2= 9. 11,P〈0. 05）. Regarding the score of skin lesion,in the 6 th week of the combined treatment,the total average score was reduced to be（ 2. 56 ± 1. 82）. The total score of the single treatment was（ 4. 56 ± 2. 07）. The difference was significant in comparison（ P〈0. 05）. The symptoms such as papule,dilated vessel and pustule in the treatment group was alleviated obviously as compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. During treatment,there were 2 cases of diarrhea in the control group and 1 case in the treatment group. No specific measure was given. No severe adverse reaction presented. Conclusion In reference to the integration of Chinese and western medicine,the combined treatment with shufeng jiedu capsules and minocyline hydrochloride achieves the better effects on of erythema dilated capillary vessel type and papulopustule type as compared with simple use of minocyline hydrochloride.
