压抑膜遮盖治疗大龄儿童轻中度屈光不正性弱视的疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of the translucent occluder on the mild and moderate ametropic amblyopia in the older children

目的探讨压抑膜遮盖治疗大龄儿童轻中度屈光不正性弱视的疗效观察。方法选取2012年12月至2015年12月我院诊治的大龄轻中度屈光不正性弱视患儿100例,依据治疗方法分为压抑组和常规组,每组50例,常规组给予常规遮盖治疗,压抑组给予压抑膜遮盖治疗,统计分析所有患儿治疗疗效、依从性、治疗前后视力情况。结果压抑组治疗有效率、依从率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);压抑组和常规组治疗后视力均优于治疗前,但压抑组治疗后视力及其变化值明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规遮盖比较,压抑膜遮盖治疗大龄儿童轻中度屈光不正性弱视的依从性好,有利于提高患儿的治疗疗效。

Objective To explore the effects of the translucent occluder on the mild and moderate ametropic amblyopia in the older children. Methods From December 2012 to December 2015,100 children of ametropic amblyopia were treated in the Hospital. According to the therapeutic methods,they were divided into a translucent occluder group and a routine treatment group,50 cases in each one. In the routine treatment group,the routine coverage method was used. In the translucent occluder group,the translucent occluder was provided. The therapeutic effects,the compliance and the vision before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. Results In the translucent occluder group,the effective rate and the compliance rate were higher obviously than the routine treatment group,indicating the significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The vision after treatment was better than that before treatment in the translucent occluder group and the routine treatment group. The vision and improvements after treatment in the translucent occluder group were obviously better than the routine treatment group,indicating the significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the routine coverage treatment,the translucent occluder presents the good compliance in the older children with the mild and moderate ametropic amblyopia and contributes to the effect improvements.
