摘要
目的研究虫草素辅助治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法随机选取Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患106例。按照患者入院顺序随机分为添加虫草素制剂观察组(治疗组)和常规观察组(对照组),每组53例。常规观察组采用临床常规降糖方法进行治疗,治疗组在给予常规降糖治疗的基础上加用虫草素制剂进行治疗。疗程8周。观察两组患者临床疗效并比较治疗前后患者24 h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、炎症因子及血压水平变化。结果治疗后,两组患者UAER、超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及血压比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标治疗后比较差异无统计学意义;治疗组治愈率为32.08%,有效率为94.34%;对照组治愈率为7.55%,有效率为73.58%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虫草素辅助治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病可明显提高患者免疫力,降低Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿水平并改善炎症微环境,提高糖尿病肾病患者的存活率和治愈率,具有很好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects on nephropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus( DN) in the adjuvant treatment with cordycepin. Methods A total of 106 patients of DN were collected randomly. According to the hospitalization sequence,they were divided into a treatment group( supplementation with cordycepin) and a control group( routine treatment),53 cases in each one. In the control group,the routine anti-hyperglycemia treatment was given. In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,cordycepin was added. The duration of treatment was 8 weeks. The clinical effects were observed and the changes of 24 h UAER,BUN,Scr,inflammatory factors and blood pressure were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the differences were significant in UAER,Hs,CRP,TNF-α and blood pressure between the two groups. The differences were not significant in the rest indexes. The curative rate was 32. 08% and the effective rate was 94. 34% in the treatment group. They were 7. 55% and73. 58% respectively in the control group. The differences were significant between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The adjuvant treatment with cordycepin remarkably improves the immunity,reduces proteinuria and improves the microcirculation of inflammation,the survival rate and curative rate in the DN patients. The clinical effects are satisfactory.
