摘要
采用大学生羞怯量表、负性自动思维问卷、情绪调节量表以及抑郁自评量表对876名大学生进行调查,以探讨负性自动思维和情绪调节(认知重评、表达抑制)在羞怯和抑郁关系间的多重中介作用。结果:(1)羞怯、负性自动思维、表达抑制与抑郁两两显著正相关,认知重评与抑郁、负性自动思维显著负相关,与表达抑制显著正相关;(2)羞怯不仅能够通过负性自动思维、表达抑制的中介作用分别影响抑郁,还能够通过负性自动思维-认知重评的链式中介作用影响抑郁。
This study, by testing 876 college students with the College Students Shyness Scale, the Negative Automatic Thinking Questionnaire, the Emotional Adjustment Scale, and the Self-Rating Depression Scale, aims to explore the multiple mediating effects of college students' negative automatic thinking and emotional adjustment on their shyness and depression. The results show the following: (1) There were significantly positive correlations between their shyness, negative automatic thinking, expression suppression, and depression, or between cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression, and significantly negative correlations between their cognitive reappraisal and depression or negative automatic thinking;and (2) their shyness could affect their depression not only through the mediation of their negative automatic thinking and expression suppression, but also through the se- quential mediation of their negative automatic thinking and cognitive reappraisal.
