高校精准扶贫产业规划探索与实践——以四川工程职业技术学院精准扶贫罗圈岩村为例

The Investigation and Practice of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Industry Planning Held by Colleges and Universities——A Case Study between SCETC and Chaotian County, Guangyuan City

精准扶贫是国之大计,高校是精准扶贫中的一支重要力量。本文从我院充分发挥自身优势,结合帮扶对象的实际情况,按照长短结合、形式多样、可持续性强的原则,对贫困村进行产业发展规划。同时,集结多方力量保障规划的顺利实施,最终为高校精准扶贫工作提供一种可供借鉴的模式进行了梳理。

Targeted poverty alleviation is a national plan, and colleges and universities are an important part in targeted poverty alleviation. Colleges and universities should give full play to their own advantages and make industrial development plans for poverty-stricken villages in accordance with the principle of combining length with length, diversified forms and strong sustainability in light of the actual conditions of the recipients. At the same time, the multi-party resources to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan. Finally, it provides a model for the precise poverty alleviation of colleges and universities.
