摘要 如何更好的将资助和育人相结合,能够更有效的发挥资助育人作用,真正实现贫困学生的物质上帮助、精神上引导、能力上提高的全方位帮扶,努力实现资助育人的良性绿色循环是一个值得深思与探讨的问题。本文从分析现阶段学生资助工作存在的主要问题入手,通过实践提出了建立多方位制度、实现精准资助,开展资助育人系列活动等多方位制度覆盖,推进资助育人的思路。 How to better combine the aid and talent-education, can more effectively play the role of funding for education, and truly realize the all-round help of the material help, spiritual guidance and ability improvement of poor students, which is really a problem worth pondering and discussing to strive to realize the virtuous green cycle of aid and education. This paper starts from the analysis of the main problems existing in the current student financial aid work, and through practice puts forward the idea of establishing a multi-directional system, realizing precise financial aid, carrying out a series of activities of financial aid for education, and promoting the development of financial aid for education.
