摘要
数控实训作为数控理论课程的重要补充,在激发学生动手实践热情的同时提高了学生机床操作能力。分析现有数控实训过程中的安全管理现状,并结合浙江大学城市学院的办学特点,提出了数控实训课程的安全管理建议。通过引进安全准入操作培训、分层式实训指导、安全标准化建设等现代管理手段和方法,完善数控实训安全管理体系,引导学生树立牢固的安全意识,建立积极的安全观,有效改善数控实训中的安全管理的问题,希对应用型高校数控实践教学改革产生一定的指导意义。
The numerical control training as an important supplement to the theory of numerical control, to stimulate the enthusiasm of students' hands-on practice while improving the student's machine tool operation capabilities. Analyze the status quo of safety management in the existing numerical control training process, and puts forward the safety management suggestions of the numerical control training course according to the characteristics of Zhejiang University City College. Through the introduction of safety access training, hierarchical training guides, safety standardization and other modem management tools and methods to improve the NC training safety management system, guide students to establish a strong sense of safety, effectively improve the safety management of NC training problems. It has a certain guiding significance for the reform of NC practice teaching in application-oriented universities.
