摘要
以间苯二甲酰氯和三羟甲基丙烷为原料,通过A_2+B_3体系溶液聚合方法制备超支化聚酯(HBPE),以自制的3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙酰氯对HBPE进行端基改性,合成受阻酚改性HBPE。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(~1HNMR)和^(13)CNMR对HBPE进行表征,并将产品应用到皮革加脂工序中。结果显示:当受阻酚改性HBPE用量为蓝湿革质量的2%时,皮革中六价铬的含量降低了95. 2%;在烘箱中80℃加热20h条件下,皮革中六价铬含量小于3mg/kg。
An A2+B3 reaction system was used to prepare the hyper-branched polyester(HBPE), using isoph-thaloyl dichloride and trimethylolpropane as raw materials. The HBPE was modified with non-commercial 3,5-diter- butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionyl chloride. The structure was characterizad by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy 1HNMR and 13CNMR. The product was used as fatliquoring assistant agent of leather. Results show that the contents of chrome ( Ⅵ ) in leather are decreased by 95.2% when the amount of the modified HBPE is 2% of wet blue leather mass and the contents of chrome ( Ⅵ ) in leather is less than 3mg/kg when the leather dried at 80℃ for 20h.
