摘要
基于用户对鞋面透气、轻便、吸湿排汗、贴合包裹等舒适性能及安全保护性能的要求,具有针织结构组织和使用多种编织方式制作而成的飞织鞋面逐渐成为一种智能制鞋的标志。根据针织的特点,从舒适透气、贴合包裹、轻便耐磨等方面,阐述了针织成圈原理在飞织鞋面中的应用。结合组织特点,论述了针织结构组织在鞋头、护眼、鞋舌、腰身、后跟、沿口等飞织鞋面不同部位的具体运用,为飞织鞋面的设计和制作提供了科学的思路和依据。
The fly-knit shoe upper with knitted structure and various knitting methods has gradually become a sci- entific method of intelligent shoe-making to meet the users' performance requirements on shoe upper, such as com- fort, breathability, lightweight, moisture absorption and sweet releasing, fitting and wrapping, and safety protection. According to the characteristics of knitting, the application of knitting loop principle in the fly-knit shoe upper was described from the aspects of comfort, breathability, fitting, wrapping, lightweight and wear-resistance. Combining with the features of structure, the specific application of knitting structure on different parts of the fly-knit shoe upper (such as shoe head, shoe eyes, shoe tongue, shoe waist, shoe heel and shoe neckline) was discussed, which pro- vides scientific ideas and scientific basis for the design and production of fly-knit shoe upper.
