摘要
目的建立同时测定保和口服液中橙皮苷和连翘苷含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长280 nm。结果指标成分橙皮苷和连翘苷进样量分别在0.810~8.10μg、0.06~0.6μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.69%及99.11%,RSD分别为0.95%及0.97%。结论本方法可用于保和口服液中橙皮苷及连翘苷的定量测定。
OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of hesperidin and forsythin in Baohe Oral Liquid. METHODS The determination was carried out on C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),using acetonitrile( A)-0.1%phosphoric acid( B) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1and detected at the wavelength 280 nm. RESULTS The linear range of hesperidin and forsythin were 0. 810-8. 10 μg and 0. 06-0. 60 μg,respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 69% and99.11%,with RSD 0.95% and 0.97%,respectively. CONCLUSION The method can be used to quantitatively determine hesperidin and forsythin in Baohe Oral Liquid.
