摘要
目的优选心宝丸中蟾酥低温粉碎工艺。方法采用单因素和正交试验法,以粉碎温度、粉碎时间、震动频率为考察因素,以华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基总含量为指标,对影响低温粉碎的因素进行考察,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定粉碎后华蟾酥毒基及脂蟾毒配基总含量。结果蟾酥最佳低温粉碎工艺条件为:-35℃~-25℃时,粉碎10 min,震动频率30 Hz。结论试验设计合理,可作为蟾酥低温粉碎生产工艺的参考。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the cryogenic comminution technology of toad venom in Xinbao pills. METHODS Singlefactor experiments and orthogonal experiments were conducted to study the factors including the contents of comminution temperature,comminution time and vibration frequency,by taking the cinobufagin and resibufogenin content as index. Cinobufagin and resibufogenin content was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The optimal cryogenic comminution conditions of toad venom were as follows:comminution temperature of-35 ℃--25 ℃,comminution time of 10 minutes and vibration frequency of 30 Hz. CONCLUSION The experimental design is reasonable and can be used as a reference for the production process of toad venom.
