1例慢性肾病患者并发激素性股骨头坏死的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient with Chronic Kidney Disease and Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head

目的探讨临床药师对1例慢性肾病并发激素性股骨头坏死患者提供药学监护的效果。方法临床药师结合病历,查阅相关文献,对使用激素导致股骨头坏死的原因进行分析,并对其后续治疗进行药学监护。结果临床药师协助医师制定治疗方案,为患者提供合理的用药方案,提高了用药依从性。结论临床药师应积极参与临床治疗,及时发现与药物相关的不良事件,提供预防和治疗的药学监护,发挥和体现临床药师的作用与价值。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of pharmaceutical care for one patient with chronic kidney disease and steroidinduced osteonecrosis of femoral head by clinical pharmacists. METHODS By reviewing patients medical records and searching literatures,clinical pharmacists analyzed the causes of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of femoral head in the patient,provided pharmaceutical care for the patient in the follow-up treatment. RESULTS Clinical pharmacists assisted the physicians in formulating the treatment plan,provided reasonable medication plans and improved medication compliance for the patient. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists should take an active part in clinical treatment,discover drug-related adverse events immediately and provide pharmaceutical care in prevention and treatment,which can play the role and realize the value of clinical pharmacists.
