摘要
选取装配式剪力墙住宅为研究对象,以建成的装配式剪力墙住宅项目的实际数据作为分析基础,通过将装配式剪力墙住宅全生命周期成本与现浇式进行对比,找出影响增量成本的影响因素,利用主成分分析法将多维变量降为低维变量后,再对降维后的数据进行多元线性回归模拟,得到增量成本估算公式.检验结果表明,这种分析方法是可行的,可为装配式建筑相关企业预估成本和制定措施提供参考.
Selecting the prefabricated shear wall houses item as the research object, and the actual data of the prefabricating shear wall houses project is building as the basis of analysis. By comparing the whole life cycle cost of the prefabricated shear wall houses with the reinforced concrete structure, finding out the affecting the incremental cost factors. The principal component analysis is used to reduce multidimensional variables to low dimensional variables. Then the Multivariate linear regression simulation is carried out for the data after dimension reduction. The test results shows that this analytical method can be using as reference for analysis cost and development measures of prefabricating construction enterprises.
