摘要
当前我国劳动力转移已经从数量的积累向质量提升的阶段转变,在这一转变过程中农民工的能力与工作之间的匹配成为"就业质量提升"的重要标志。本文依据长三角地区四市的686份农民工调查问卷数据,利用多元回归模型考察了新媒体使用对农民工工作匹配的影响及其在不同群体间的差异表现。结果显示,新媒体的使用可以通过改变农民工社会资本的异质性,进而影响农民工工作匹配结果,并且这种影响在代际和性别之间存在差异。
There is a change in the labor force in China from number growth to quality improvement, in which the matching-up between the capability of migrant workers and the jobs to do has become an important indicator to the "improvement of employment quality". Based on the data collect-ed in the survey of 686 migrant workers in four cities of the Yangtze River Delta, this study ex-amines, with multiple regression modes, the effect of new media on job matching between mi-grant workers and different working groups. The results show that the use of new media can lessen the heterogeneity of migrant workers' social capital, which, in turn, brings about more successful matching-up between migrant workers capabilities and their future jobs, and, fur-ther, positive effect on differences between generation and gender groups. Based on our conclu-sion of this study, given for policy makers to consider are suggestions, concerning job matc-hing, which should be done with coordination between the government, employers and migrant workers, pulled together by new media.
