从“彼时的生产”到“此时的生活”——以重庆印制二厂改造为例浅析旧工业建筑再利用

From "Production in the Past" to "the Present Life"——Analyze the Reuse of Old Industrial Buildings by the Example of the Second Printing Factory in Chongqing

随着城市的发展与产业结构的转型,曾经的工业建筑被大量废弃,曾位于城市边缘地带的工业建筑现在大多在城市里与不同的社区形成新的整体,如何重新利用这些工业建筑的历史价值而非简单的"推倒重来"是当下一个比较重要的问题。重庆印制二厂改造设计中,对建筑"彼时生产"历史信息的尊重,使建筑适应此时此地的生活使用需求的设计处理,对废弃工业建筑的更新利用有一定的启发意义。

With the development of the city and the transformation of the industrial structure, a lot of industrial buildings have been abandoned, and the industrial buildings in the edge of the city are now mostly intergrated with ambient communities.How to reuse the historical value of the industrial buildings instead of dismantling the building in a rough way is a important issue.In the design of reusing the second printing factory in Chongqing, the respect for the history information and the way of responding to the demand of the present life are enlightening to the reuse of old industrial buildings.
