痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗医院获得性肺炎效果及安全性的Meta分析 被引量:5

Effect and safety of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia:a meta analysis

摘要 目的系统评价痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的效果及安全性。方法在Cochrane、PubMed、Embase、中国学术期刊网络出版总库、万方期刊数据库以及中文科技期刊全文数据库等检索国内外公开发表的关于痰热清联合抗菌药物治疗HAP临床效果的随机对照试验文献,采用改良版Jadad质量评分法进行评价,对纳入的文献采用RevMan 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,共566例患者。分析结果显示,痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物在治疗HAP时的总有效率(比值比=3.40,95%置信区间:2.09~5. 53,P<0. 05)、退热时间(标准化均数差=-1.26,95%置信区间:-1.48--1.05,P<0.05)较单纯应用抗菌药物治疗优势明显。漏斗图显示总有效率和退热时间的研究发表偏倚较小。结论痰热清联合抗菌药物治疗HAP总有效率高于、退热时间短于单纯应用抗菌药物治疗。 Objective To assess the clinical effect and safety of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia(HAP). Methods Randomized controlled trials of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics treating HAP were retrieved from Cochrane, PubMed, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data and Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Full-text Database. Quality of the literatures was evaluated by the Jadad score. Statistical analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.3 software. Results Eight trials involving 566 patients were included. Results of meta analysis showed that the total effectiveness(odds ratio=3.40, 95% confidence interval: 2.09-5.53, P〈0.05) and defervescence time(standardized mean difference=-1.26, 95% confidence interval: -1.48 to -1.05, P〈0.05) in Tanreqing injection+antibiotics group were superior to those in antibiotics-alone group. Funnel plot showed small bias in both total efficiency and defervescence time analysis. Conclusion sTanreqing combined with antibiotic treating HAP can improve the total efficiency and shorten defervescence time.
