先天性泪道阻塞探通手术失败原因分析及处理

The cause of failure lacrimal probing and management for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction

目的分析先天性泪道阻塞探通手术失败原因，针对不同原因做相应处理。方法对54例（57只眼）先天性鼻泪管阻塞做初次泪道探通手术失败者，根据不同原因做不同的个性化对症处理。结果54例（57只眼）经过不同处理均获治愈，经6月～2年随访，均无复发。结论泪道探通术治疗先天性鼻泪管阻塞失败者原因多样，须根据不同原因做个性化对症处理，方能灵活、彻底解决问题。

Objective To analyze the causes of failure of thelacrimal probing for congenital naso-lacrimal duct obstruction, and retreat it for different reasons. Methods Fifty-four cases （57 eyes） with congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction whose initial lacrimal probing failure were included. They were treated individually according to different reasons. Results Fifty-four cases （57 eyes） were cured after different treatment. There was no recurrence during 6 months to 2 years follow-up. Condtlsions There are many reasons for the failure of lacrimal probing for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Individualized treatment should be performed according to different reasons so as to solve the problem flexibly and thoroughly.
