党的十八届五中全会提出的"共享发展理念",是对"财富启蒙"向"财富共享"时代变迁的哲学提炼。新时代的定位是从更高程度上凸显共享发展理念在解决社会主要矛盾方面的重大功能。共享发展理念需要对话时代命题:财富、市场与利益。具体而言,共享发展理念的哲学诠释是如何促进财富生产、实现财富增长、完善财富分配等内容,从而形成共享发展理念的实践旨趣:财富生产是共享发展理念的基础、规训市场是共享发展理念的方向、利益共享是共享发展理念的实现。

The＂shared development concept＂put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee is a philosophical refinement of the era change from ＂wealth enlightenment＂to＂wealth sharing＂.The positioning of the new era is to advance this understanding to a higher degree and to highlight the major functions of the shared development concept in solving major social contradictions.The＂shared development concept＂requires the proposition of the dialogue era：wealth,market and interests.Specifically,the philosophical interpretation of the shared development concept is how to promote wealth production,achieve wealth growth,improve wealth distribution,etc,thus forming the practice purport of the shared development concept in which wealth production is its basis;the discipline market is its direction;and benefit sharing is its realization.
