Yunnan Heijing Salt Culture and Its Protection and Development

黑井千年制盐历史,衍生出了独特的黑井盐文化。从类型上看,物质型、制度型和精神型三种盐文化皆有。从内涵上看,集历史内涵、政治内涵、经济内涵、人文内涵于一体。就黑井盐文化的开发利用来看,虽有开发利用,但不充分、不科学。就盐文化的保护而言,保护意识仍需提升。就研究者而言,如何处理好开发利用与保护间的关系仍然是重点研究的课题。

The Heijing salt making has a history of over a thousand years,from which a unique Heijing salt culture has derived.In terms of types,it has three types of salt cultures：material,institutional and spiritual;in terms of connotation,it combines historical connotation,political connotation,economic connotation and humanistic connotation;in terms of development and utilization of its culture,though developed and utilized to some extent,it still remains insufficient and unscientific;in terms of protection of its culture,protection awareness still needs to be improved;in terms of its researchers,how to deal with the relationship between development and utilization and protection is still an important issue for its culture researchers.
