北京新机场航站楼C形柱箱形结构的机器人焊接

摘要 采用移动式焊接机器人对北京新机场航站楼C形柱箱形梁进行了现场焊接。焊前针对C形柱对接V形坡口横焊及K形坡口立焊进行了机器人焊接工艺评定,在此基础上,将移动式焊接机器人用于C形柱箱形梁的现场焊接施工,焊后超声波检测结果均合格。应用表明,移动式焊接机器人可以应用于建筑钢结构的现场焊接施工。 A mobile robot was used to weld the steel structure at the new Beijing Airport Terminal. A series of mechanical property tests were executed for robot welding procedure qualification before site operation. Based on the results of the tests, the mobile robot was put into application to weld the box-type structure of C-type column at the construction site of the New Beijing Airport Terminal. The results of ultrasonic inspection after welding were all qualified. The application showed that the mobile welding robot was suitable for site welding operation for steel structure.
