摘要 利用有限元分析软件COMSOL建立了非对称T形角接结构的有限元模型,对非对称T形角接结构焊接过程的温度场进行数值模拟,分析温度场的变化规律,并通过试验验证模拟结果的准确性,比较了在不同焊接角度下焊缝熔池的变化规律。结果表明,在焊枪倾角为45°时,焊缝成形良好,能够获得较好的焊接质量。 The finite element model of asymmetric T-type corner structure was established by finite element analysis software COMSOL. The temperature field of the asymmetric T-type corner structure welding process was numerically simulated. The variation of the temperature field was analyzed. The accuracy of the simulation results was verified by experiments and the changing rules of weld pool were compared under different welding angles. The results showed that the weld was well formed and the weld quality could be improved when the welding angle was 45 °.
