Research on the Effects, Problems and Countermeasures of China’s Fair Competition Review

本文在客观总结公平竞争审查取得的成效,分析目前存在主观审查意愿不足、客观审查能力低下、保障机制不完善、外部监督力量薄弱等问题的基础上,提出完善工作机制提升审查能力和工作主动性、加强外部监督完善监督机制、整合优化执法资源等对策建议,以期对实际工作有所裨益。

This paper objectively summarizes the achievements of fair competition review, analyzes the current problems of insufficient subjective review, low objective review ability, imperfect guarantee mechanism, and weak external supervision. Work initiative, strengthen external supervision and improve supervision mechanism, integrate and optimize law enforcement resources and other countermeasures and suggestions, in order to benefit the actual work.
