摘要
本文首先针对股票市场数据的特点,使用Quantile第Ⅱ类分布刻画房地产板块和上市公司的股票市场收益率数据,准确的捕捉到数据分布特征;其次,借助分布的参数构造出了一类反映房地产行业的风险收益比指标,充分过滤和屏蔽了股票市场价格的噪音,提取出股票市场中蕴含的房地产行业的风险和收益信息,从风险和收益的角度对房地产行业进行画像;最后,对云南省代表性城商行房地产逾期数据进行实证研究,探索股票市场价格信息的有效性和使用方法。
According to the characteristics of stock market data, we use Quantile II distribution to characterize the stock market return data of real estate sector and listed companies, and accurately capture the data distribution characteristics of financial market.Through the estimation of the distribution parameters, we have created a class of indicators to reflect the risk and return of the real estate industry.These indicators fully filter and shield the noise of financial market prices, and extract information about the risk and return of the real estate industry in the financial market.Finally, a picture of the real estate industry was carried out from the perspective of risk and return. Finally,an empirical study is made on the overdue data of the real estate of the representative bank of Yunnan to study the validity and usage of information contained in the stock market
