摘要
以海南昌江铁尾矿为掺料,采用物理发泡法制备了泡沫水泥复合吸波材料,研究了铁尾矿用量对材料电磁参数和吸波性能的影响。研究结果表明:铁尾矿能有效改善水泥的电磁参数,在铁尾矿用量为150%(wt,质量分数)条件下,厚度为18mm的泡沫水泥复合吸波材料,对2~18GHz频段的电磁波的最大吸收值为-22dB,具有较好对电磁波吸波性能。
Iron tailings in Changjiang,Hainan province was taken as the additive to prepare foamed cement composite material for wave absorbing with the physical foaming method,and the influence of iron tailings amount on electromagnetic parameter and absorbing property of materials were studied.The results showed that the optimum adsorption condition was that iron tailings can effectively improve the electromagnetic parameters of cement.When iron tailings were doped in cement by 150 wt% and its thickness was 18 mm,The maximum absorption value of electromagnetic waves was -22 dB in the 2~18 GHz band.The composite had good absorbing property to electromagnetic wave.
