摘要
以三聚氯氰、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、吗啡啉和乙二胺为原料,通过分子设计合成了不同侧链结构的三嗪类大分子成炭剂CFA-e、CFA-d和CFA-m,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、固体核磁共振碳谱仪、元素分析、热分析仪和扫描电子显微镜等分析方法对3种成炭剂的结构和性能进行表征。分别将CFA-e、CFA-d、CFA-m与次磷酸铝(AHP)复配,用于阻燃聚乳酸(PLA)。结果表明,CFA-m的产物转化率和热性能明显优于CFA-e、CFA-d,CFA-d具有更规则的链式缠绕结构;CFA-e与AHP存在较好的协效作用,复配后阻燃效果优于CFA-d和CFA-m。
The triazine-based macromolecule charring agent with different side chain structure CFA-e,CFA-d and CFA-m were synthesized through molecular design,using cyanuric chloride,ethanol,diethanol amine,amine morpholine and ethylenediamine as raw material.The structure and properties of three kinds of carbon forming agents were characterized by FT-IR,13 C-NMR,elemental analysis(EA),TGA and SEM.CFA-e,CFA-d,CFA-m and aluminum hypophosphite(AHP)were respectively used for flame retardant PLA.The results showed that the product conversion rate and thermal performance of CFA-m was better than that of CFA-e and CFA-d,but CFA-d had more regular chain winding structure.CFA-e and AHP had better synergistic effect,and the flame retardant effect was better than CFA-d and CFA-m.
