江汉油田酸化快速排酸一体化管柱研究及应用

摘要 针对江汉油田负压排酸工艺的工艺成功率和返排率低的问题,研制出了一套适应江汉油田井况的酸化快速排酸一体化管柱工艺。该工艺能实现排酸工具与酸化管柱一趟管柱下入,可配套使用多种封隔器,满足多种工艺及复杂井况条件;配合地面优化工艺,实现分层酸化或多层的任意一层酸化后的快速排酸,有效提高残酸的返排率和工艺成功率。江汉油区7井次的成功应用,验证了该一体化管柱工艺的先进性、实用性和经济性。 An after--acidizing fast acid discharge integrated string technology is developed in respond to the low success rate and flowback rate of negative--pressure acid discharge technology in Jianghan Oilfield. The technology can realize single string running of acidizing string together with acid discharge tools and mate with various packers to satisfy many technologies and complex well conditions. With the help of optimized ground process, it can realize fast acid discharge after separate--layer acidulation or any layer acidulation a- mong multiple layers to effectively increase reacted acid flowback rate and technological success rate. Seven successful applications in Jianghan Oilfield proves that the integrated string technology is advanced, practical and economical.
