摘要
激励机制是提高员工工作积极性,挖掘员工潜能的重要手段。为了提高企业职工的积极性主动性,企业应根据不同层级员工的需求制订有针对性的激励方案,完善油田企业激励机制,采用物质与精神激励有效结合增加激励的多样性,采用正激励与负激励有效结合做到奖罚分明,采取科学合理的激励考核评价方法让激励公平合理。
Stimulating mechanism is important in enhancing the employees" working enthusiasm and stimula- ting their potential. Enhancing their working enthusiasm requires working out targeted motivation scheme according to the employees of different levels to improve oilfield enterprise stimulating mechanism, combi- ning the material incitement effectively with spiritual motivation to increase stimulating diversity, combining positive incentive effectively with negative incentive to keep strictly the rules for reward and punishment and adopting a scientific and reasonable stimulating assessment method to make stimulation fair and square.
