对如何提高学术期刊经营效益的思考

学术期刊只有具备良好的学术价值,成为合格的产品后,才能被社会和同行业所接受,从而获得理想的社会效益,达到促进期刊经营效益最大化的目的。因此,学术期刊的经营效益可划分为:社会效益、学术效益、服务效益和经济效益。《江汉石油职工大学学报》办刊30年以来,学报质量不断提高,办刊形式逐步拓展,影响力日渐扩大,实现了期刊经营效益的稳步提升。主要做法是:严格审稿制度,坚决执行"三审制",把好政治关、知识关和文字关;严肃编辑工作,做到心正、行正、品正;培育作者队伍,不断打造作者、培养作者、发现作者、保护作者。

To be accepted by society and the same industry, get desired social benefit and maximize the peri- odical management benefit, the learned periodical must possesses good academic value and be qualified. Its management benefit consists of social benefit, academic benefit, service benefit and economic benefit. In the past 30 years of running of ＂Journal Of Jianghan Petroleum University Of Staff And Workers＂, its quality has been improving continually, its form has been expanding step by step and its influence has been enlar- ging day by day, realizing steady progress of its management benefit. The main actions are as follows. strictly implementing three--levels paper reviewing system, making every effort to ensure the correctness in politics, knowledge and wordage, being serious about editorship with a good ethical practice and cultivating the author group.
