With the oilfield reform going deeply, increasingly highlighted cost problem makes it very impor- tant to control the cost and strengthen materials purchasing and materials management. Facing changeable product market price, we should consider the situation and work out the scientific and reasonable purchasing strategy to reduce purchasing cost. We should improve constantly the purchasing strategy, the guarantee for realizing purchasing in a scientific and rational way. We should ensure more scientific materials management to better serve oilfield production and promote the enterprise development with high qualitv.
