摘要 应用中国规范及日本规范水平缝抗剪承载能力计算公式计算了六种常用截面、四种剪跨比、四种轴压比共96组截面的预制柱的承载能力,并对中日规范进行分析总结,提出改进的水平缝抗剪承载能力的计算公式;通过ABAQUS软件进行数值模拟,对改进的公式进行验证。结果表明:在小轴压比下,例如0.1时,预制柱会发生水平缝的剪切滑移破坏;中国规范关于水平缝的抗剪承载能力公式表明滑移破坏不可能发生,与实际结果有较大差异,其准确性有待进一步研究;文提出的改进的水平缝的抗剪承载能力公式与数值结果吻合较好,准确合理。 Based on the calculation methods for the shear capacity of horizontal seam in Chinese and Japanese codes, the bearing capacity for a total of 96 specimens with six sections, four different shear span and four axial compression ratio respectively is analyzed.. Improved design equations for calculating shear strength of the horizontal seam are proposed, whose effectiveness is validated by the numerical simulation with ABAQUS software. The results show that under small axial load ratios, such as 0.1, the shear slippage failure along the horizontal seam will occur at the bottom of the column. The shear capacity equations for the horizontal seam shows that the shear failure may not happen, and the actual results are quite different from the calculated ones. The accuracy of the Chinese Code for calculating the shear capacity of horizontal seam should be further studied. The calculation of the shear capacity of horizontal seams by the proposed equations are in good agreement with the numerical results, thus the effectiveness of the proposed equations are validated.
