摘要
注塑企业使用不同牌号聚丙烯(PP)原料添加同一着色剂生产的制品往往存在不同程度的色差,大多数企业往往采用独家供应PP原料的方法解决该问题,这无形中增加了采购成本。一旦厂家停产该款PP原料,寻找替代料往往面临一系列新旧制品严重色差无法搭配使用的问题。通过实验分析,对不同牌号PP原料通用着色剂进行色差研究,认定熔体质量流动速率越相近的PP原料,添加同一配方着色剂注塑制品后相对色差越小,而熔体质量流动速率相近,通用亮度值较低的着色剂相对色差也会更小。经过相关对比分析后,给定了解决PP原料独家供应或开发引进扩充PP原料的选材方法,为降低企业采购成本、生产管理成本,为企业通用着色剂引进不同塑料原料提供了选材参考。
There were different degrees of chromatic aberration in the products produced by injection molding enterprises with the same coloring agent and different grade polypropylene (PP) materials. And most enterprises often used the exclusive supply of PP plastic raw materials to solve this problem, which virtually increased the purchasing cost. Once manufacturers stoped producing the PP plastic raw materials, looking for alternative materials often encountered the problem that the serious color difference of new and old products could not be match. In this article, the color difference of common coloring agent for different grades of PP plastic raw materials was studied through experimental analysis. It is concluded that the relative color difference of PP plastic materials with similar melting index is smaller after adding the same coloring agent into plastic products. And the relative color difference of the colorant with lower general luminance value will be smaller when the melting index is similar. After relative comparative analysis, the methods to select exclusive supply of PP raw materials or to develop and expand PP raw materials are given. It provides a reference for the enterprise to reduce enterprise procurement costs and production management costs and to introduce different plastic raw materials under the condition of the general coloring agent.
