摘要
聚丙烯材料尺寸稳定性是车用聚丙烯材料改性的重要方向之一。采用熔融共混的方法制备了车用聚丙烯材料,研究了聚丙烯材料中聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的含量、熔体质量流动速率、分子结构及滑石粉含量和目数对聚丙烯材料收缩率的影响。结果表明,采用高熔体质量流动速率的无规共聚POE和高目数滑石粉,并同时提高POE和滑石粉的含量,可显著降低聚丙烯(PP)材料的收缩率。
The dimension stability of polypropylene (PP) materials is one of the important modification directions of the automotive PP materials. The automotive PP materials were prepared by means of melt blending. The effects of the amount, melt flow rate and molecular structure of polyolefin elastomer (POE) , the content and mesh of talc on the shrinkage of PP materials were investigated. The results indicate that the shrinkage of PP materials could be significantly reduced by adopting random copolymerized POE with high melt mass-flow rate and high mesh talc, and increasing the POE and talc contents.
