摘要
共聚甲醛聚合反应的影响因素多、反应复杂,若控制不当,直接影响反应转化率、产量和产品单耗,同时也对产品质量造成严重影响。通过对阳离子本体聚合的共聚甲醛聚合反应工艺状况进行优化,找到了最佳的反应条件,应用于开封龙宇化工有限公司的聚甲醛生产装置后,聚合反应转化率从72%提升到82%,产品质量正牌率达到90%以上。
There were many influencing factors and complexity in the polymerization of formaldehyde copolymer. If the control was improper, the reaction conversion rate, output and the unit consumption of product would be directly affected, and the product quality was also impacted seriously. The optimum reaction conditions were found by optimizing the polymerization process of copolymerization of cationic bulk polymerization. Then the obtained optimum reaction condition was applied to the polyformaldehyde production device of Kaifeng Yulong Chemical Co. , Ltd. The results show that the conversion rate of polymerization reaction increases from 72% to 82%, and the product standard rate reaches over 90%.
