摘要 以支架面板为例,对塑件的注塑成型工艺进行了分析,采用Moldflow软件对塑件注塑浇注系统、主要工艺条件、填充时间、熔解痕、流体前沿温度做了模流分析,在此基础上对模具分型面和模具结构进行了合理设计。经实际注塑过程验证,基于Moldflow的塑件模流分析结果优化了模具结构设计,提升了塑件的内在质量和工作性能,具有较大的实际参考应用价值。 Taking the support panel as an example analyzed. The Moldflow software was used to analyze filling time, melting mark and fluid front temperature. the injection molding process of the plastc part was injection molding system, main process conditions, On this basis, the mold surface and the die structure were rationally designed. It is verified by the actual injection process that the mold flow analysis based on Moldflow optimizes the design of the die structure, improves the internal quality and working performance of the plastic parts, and has a great practical application value.
