摘要 为了降低生产成本,提高设计效率和设计精度,结合木塑复合材料特殊的性能,借助CAE软件对共挤出模头进行辅助设计。并由制件尺寸逆向模拟口模定型段尺寸、口模口型尺寸等影响制品质量的关键性参数,然后对异型材挤出流道的整体结构进行设计,最后采用正向模拟对共挤模头进行流场分析,检验其可靠性。 Combined with the special properties of wood plastic composites, CAE software was used to assist the die design in order to reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency and accuracy of design. The key parameters affecting the product quality such as the size of the die-forming section and the die-mouth size were inverted calculated. Then, the overall structure of the extrusion flow passage of the coated section was designed. Finally, the coextrusion die head was analyzed using forward extrusion function to test reliability.
