摘要 针对目前医疗废弃塑料制品回收处理问题的紧迫性和困难性,该过程应尽量减少人工操作及干预,并且高温消毒过程中应达到并稳定在最佳温度范围内。提出一种基于PLC的控制方案,对医疗废弃塑料制品消毒回收处理过程中机械部分和控制部分进行说明。提出使用高可靠性的PLC对医疗废弃塑料制品的切割、浸泡消毒和高温消毒过程实现全自动化运行,并分别论述了PLC控制系统软件的总体编程方案和子编程方案。最后阐述了适合该PLC控制系统的PID算法,用于对高温消毒过程中温度实现精确控制。 In view of the present medical waste plastics recycling situation, the recycling process should minimize the manual operation and intervention. At the same time, the process of high temperature disinfection should be achieved and stabilized in the best temperature range. This paper proposed a control scheme based on PLC and explained the machinery and control units of the disinfecting and recycling process for the medical waste plastics. And it proposed the use of high-reliability PLC for cutting, immersion disinfection and high-temperature disinfection of medical waste plastic products to achieve automatic operation. h also discussed the overall programming of PLC control system software and programming scheme. Finally it elaborated that the PID algorithm was suitable for the PLC control system, which could be used to achieve precise temperature control in the process of high temperature disinfection.
